I am trying to integrate with OpenID.
I have created a user but can't work out what I need to put in the Authentication Methods in order for the system to know that this use is an OpenID user.

You do it the other way: at login with OpenID, XO will create the user automatically.

Redirect URI Error The request fails due to a missing, invalid, or mismatching redirection URI (redirect_uri). -
It's very likely the configuration of either your OpenID provider or in your XO plugin config.
