I'm dealing with backups that take days, due to 1GB management networking, and I'm evaluating adding 10GBE nics to each of my hosts, is it possible to select a specific NIC for backups? From 2020 it wasn't.

Just checking to see if this has been implemented or not yet before I go down a path that isn't viable.

On the Pool > Advanced tab you can select a backup network so if you created a backup network for a specific NIC you could set it there

Oh I saw that too, I was uncertain of the wording, does "Backup network" actually mean the network adapters to use to backup VMs or is it a backup incase something breaks?
