I am curious if anyone has successfully deployed a windows vm with cloudbase-init with a config drive? I have tried a few times with no success. If anyone knows of a guide or has some tips I'd really appreciate it.

Never tried myself, maybe someone did 🙂 (since it's already poorly documented on Linux, I can only imagine on Windows 😄 )

I had never heard of Cloudbase-init for Windows until reading this post. I was inspired and found away to get it working with XCP-ng. Hope it helps someone.

@mtcoffee would you be interested to write a rather complete guide for that in our official XCP-ng/XO documentation?
