        Hi,

        It would help if you provided additional information so that we can provide you with the best response. Things like --

        • XCP-ng version
        • XOA version
        • etc

        Also, that error indicates that the service doesn't exist. Is this a recent deployment? 🤔

          @jshiells The netdata plugin is only supported on official XOAs because it relies on a locally configured netdata.

            @Danp my bad. XOA 5.95.1 with premium license
            XCP-NG 8.2.1

            the deployment of XOA is about 5 years old

                You have a very old XOA. I suggest to deploy a new one at https://vates.tech/deploy/ and then migrate to it: https://help.vates.tech/help/en-us/29-basic-configuration/31-migrate-to-new-xoa

                  @olivierlambert

                  the first link does me no good. our management network is not exposed to the internet. it can get out for updates but nothing can get in.

                  having to rebuild this is little disappointing. not to sure what the point of doing distro and XOA updates is if i have to re deploy to get all the features. I feel this is more a problem with the upgrade process? it should be installing these features during the upgrade process?

                  we are on a Deb11 Distro (the latest upgraded to this over the years)
                  xoa 5.95.1 (the latest)

                  i'll see if i can figure this out.

                    @jshiells Why don't you open a support ticket and allow us to take a look at this for you?
