XOA not responding!

When I try to login to the XOA VM appliance all I get is: This site can’t be reached
192.9.91.9 refused to connect.I can PING the IP address. I have restarted the XOA VM from the XCP-ng concole but the virtual appliance is not responding. What can I do to make this work? Very frustrating...

If you use XOA, I suppose you are either a paid customer or at least in trial, you might open a support ticket then

No, we're using the free version.

Unclear, are you using XOA Free or XO from the sources?

Not sure. When we installed the XCP-ng system and logged into the IP from a browser the first thing that popped up was to install the XOA VM. That's what we're using.
Oddly, sometimes it connects and other times we get that error that it's throwing a tantrum.

Okay so you deployed XOA, the turnkey VM with XO already installed in it.
Are you sure you do not have an IP conflict? Make sure XOA IP is different than the host.
