Change VM RAM

I created a Windows 10 VM (uefi,secure boot and tpm) with sysprep applied . I shut it down and created a copy on the same host(not fast clone), I can not increase the RAM on the either VM, tried when they are both off , I cannot change the value in the RAM field in advanced setting.

You need to provide a bit more context than "I cannot change the RAM". Do you have an error?

Thanks for the quick response. The issue with making the changes seems to be my input to XO remotely via ScreenConnect, sometimes my keystrokes with numbers do not enter. I started a new ScreenConnect session and I can make the chamges to ram now.
