Workaround of current ZFS-Limitations

Disclaimer: This is experimental stuff.
Currently you can not import or export VDI's on ZFS (https://github.com/xcp-ng/xcp/wiki/ZFS-on-XCP-ng#limitations).
I tested a setup where you create a ZVOL and put an ext4 ontop and use this with an file SR in XCP-ng.https://github.com/xcp-ng/xcp/wiki/ZFS-on-XCP-ng#workaround-of-the-limitations

Since ZoL 0.8 is here, supporting
O_DIRECT, everything might just work out of the box. We'll try it and report
