Does anyone know if the Citrix VSS Service is Open Source and where to find it? My searching in the google interwebs/on github was not successfull 😞

Or is there an alternative? Would like to have quiescence snapshots of Windows in XCP-ng, you too?

The VSS driver has to be enabled by hand like here: https://xen-orchestra.com/blog/xenserver-quiesce-snapshots/

Note: even on XenServer, VSS still require to be enabled manually 😞 I'm so happy to NOT have Windows VMs into production… Far easier on Linux…
