I have 1 host i need to retire hardware on, and want to migrate all the VMs to another host. Is there a one click button or script/command to run to achieve this?

either using xen orchestra or running command on host machines

      thanks

encryptblockr Yes, it's easy. XO will do it.

Just select (check box) the VMs you want to move (any or all of them) and click on migrate. You can then select options for SR and networks to use.

            Use maintenance mode

In XO/XOA VM view, just select the VMs running on that host and click the "Migrate" button.

When you are done, go to "Hosts" view and click the host. In the "Advanced" view you can choose to "Detatch" the host from the pool.

Forza What does one do to ensure that the NICs on the migrated VM now match the correct corresponding physical nics on the new host?
