2 Fresh XCP-ng installs one XOA (from source) both Hosts showing Master??
-
I have 2 XCP-ng hosts. HOME-XCP01 and HOME-XCP02. I first used XCP Center to create the first VM which was HOME-XOA. Self compiled Xen Orchestra. Install went flawlessly on Debian 11. I brought up the web UI and changed default admin@admin..... and created my won account and removed the default. Then added my second XCP host HOME-XCP02.
When I view Hosts they both show up as master... Doesn't seem like they're in a pool. (Do i need to create the pool in XCPcenter?
They both have access to the same HBA Shared Storage. Same VLANS.. can ping each other. Screen shot attached:

Thanks for the help! I'm coming from XenServer and Xen Center first time really using XOA. thought it was time for an upgrade!

@itiojoe Hi !
If you want your 2 host in a same pool, you can go in pool, select the first pool (should be the same name as your host, HOME-XCP01), and then click on "add host"

-
@AtaxyaNetwork note: the second host need to have no VM on it

@AtaxyaNetwork Thank you! I didn't even notice that icon up there! Problem Solved and the pool is working as expected. Thanks again for the assistance

@itiojoe You're welcome ! Have fun with Xen Orchestra !
