This is installed and working on my two test systems but they're both AMD so I'm not able to test the updated microcode.

@bishoptf Something else to consider is the quality of support you get for what you pay. It's possible, not always possible, but possible, even likely, that you can download and use XCP-ng for free, build XO from source, giving you that for free, and still get better support here in the forums than the paid support you get from VMware (or from Citrix for XenServer for that matter).

@stormi I just used them to upgrade the 8.2.1 systems in my test pool. All seems fine so far.

Installed on my test lab systems, 2 very old AMD systems with shared NFS storage with a mix of different types of guests. All working so far.

Installed and working on my lab test machine, HP ProLiant DL165 G7 with AMD Opteron 6136 CPU and 32 GB of RAM.

I'm curious about that as well but the first post says that the installation script is only compatible with 8.2 and doesn't mention 8.3. Is that still the case or is the installation script now compatible with 8.3 as well? If not, is there an installation script that is compatible with 8.3?

I know that using XO is the recommended method for installation but I'm interested in an installation script as I would like to try to integrate XOSTOR installation into an XCP-ng installation script I already have which runs via PXE boot.

@TeddyAstie Do you know if these can be set in XO or are they only via command line at this point? I'm curious and also curious as to how well supported because I'm looking at a possible migration from XS 7.1.2 to XCP-ng 8.3 where there are several 32-bit PV machines.
