Correct way to restart XOA

What is the correct way to reboot the XOA VM? Will it be a graceful if I simply choose "Reboot" or "Stop" in the webui?

Let me rephrase: you want to reboot XOA from XOA UI, right? Reboot is OK but you'll have to wait for a bit until UI is back.

Yes, exactly.
Does it send the reboot/power off signal through ACPI? Or is simply as power switch?

With tools installed (which is the case here), it's a "soft" shutdown
