Migrate button enhancements

Hi!
I'd like an enhancement in XOA for the Migration dialog box.
- If no SR i selected, simply migrate the VM to the selected host without changing SR. Currently we get an error message instead.
- Default SR should be the first option in the list, or otherwise highlighted.

I think we fixed the migration issue in XOA

You are right. It is indeed fixed when doing migration from the VM list view:
But not from within the VM view:
