      Hello everybody,
I've used Xen Orchestra with XCP-ng 8.2LTS before. Backup worked without any problems.
I tried it with XENServer 7.1LTS Free and got the error message: "app.createUserConnection is not a function"
Does somebody has any idea ? Do you have to activate something on the old XEN server?

        Hi,

Is your Xen Orchestra fully up to date? Is it XO from the sources or XOA?

No, there's no "version" per se on the sources, the commit ID please 🙂 See https://xen-orchestra.com/docs/community.html

Check the commit number on top 🙂 You are not on the latest commit (which is 886ff2c as we speak).

So before posting, don't forget to get the latest version from master and rebuild.

Anyway, in your case, feel free to re-test after the rebuild and let us know if you still have the same issue 🙂

edit: also please give us the whole log!

                      Hello OliverLambert,
you were right, there was a bug in the version.
The backup works with the eddd6.
Where can I actually see what the latest version is at the moment?
