      Hi,

When I enter into the health tab (inside dashboard) I get the following error: 'an error has occurred'

I have tried different solutions (found on internet) but none of them work.

I don't see any error in the logs either.

      Debian 10
      xo-server 5.89.0
      xo-web 5.94.0
      commit 886ff

      Thanks.

We need to know more, eg the log output of xo-server.

@olivierlambert In the web logs only logs from 3 days ago are shown (Cannot change memory on running VM, Unable to get the true granularity: 60, read ECONNRESET, no such VM,VM-snapshot 58ba221b-6393...)

In /var/log/syslog only repeats: orchestra[73116]: (node:73118) Warning: Accessing non-existent property 'padLevels' of module exports inside circular dependency

            There's not a lot, it's hard to tell 😕

What are the hosts connected to this XO? (XCP-ng? XenServer? which versions?)

An alternative would be to test with XOA and see if you have the issue.

              @olivierlambert It's XCP-ng (8.1) and I use also Xen Orchestra (web interface)

Yes, but I wonder if the result is different with XOA, not XO from the sources 🙂

@olivierlambert I have not tested XOA. I have another server (different Orchestra) and it works fine. But on this XO everything works fine except the dashboard health tab.

@davidg Are both XO installs on the same commit?

@Danp The other XO has this:
                      xo-server 5.58.1
                      xo-web 5.58.1

I can't see the commit, but are differents

@davidg said in Dashboard Health gives 'an error has occurred':

                        5.58.1

That's ancient, so not a valid comparison. It's likely that a recent commit has broken something that they will eventually identify / fix.
