      I have a pool with three hosts in it. I have various VMs, including one which has its affinity host set to host01 and one set to host02. I ran a rolling pool update this evening using XO from sources (latest build just prior to the RPU). At the end of the RPU I found that both VMs were running on host01. This has happened both times I've performed an RPU (this is a relatively new installation). Is this expected behavior? Is there a way to ensure that the VMs end up on their affinity hosts at the end of the RPU automatically?

        @fdhabhar Hi !
        IIRC the host affinity is checked by the XAPI only at the start of the VM, not during its life.
        So it's "normal", but not ideal, I agree

          Yes indeed, that's expected. XAPI affinity is on VM boot, not in the VM life. Then, it's the work of the load balancer.
