VDI_IO_ERROR during manual import of xoa
-
Hi !
We recently installed 4 xcp-ng instances on our blade servers. XO Lite up and running everything is fine.
Due to entreprise network restrictions, we cannot use the usual way of deployment you recommend since they all require internet connectivity to your endpoints.
As a result, we need to perform the install completely off-line using the xoa_unified.xva file
We strictly followed your documentation and got this error :

I checked that the pool as a default-SR and that it has enough space in it :

Didn't found anything similar on the forum in the context of XOA deployment.
Could you provide any help ? Pourriez-vous nous assister avec ça ?

Hi!
Which documentation did you follow?
Did you verify the md5sum of the downloaded XVA file?
The XCP-ng logs may provide further insight into the error: https://docs.xcp-ng.org/troubleshooting/log-files/
Regards,

Here is the md5sum check :

I am currently looking into the log files since there is a lot.
