It's a bit hard to answer without more details. XOA or XO from the sources? Which version? XenServer or XCP-ng? Which version?

You are probably out of luck for XS 6.2. See here for further details.

Indeed, 6.2 uses a very old configuration for keyboard mapping and therefore doesn't work correctly with XO.
