        It's a bit hard to answer without more details. XOA or XO from the sources? Which version? XenServer or XCP-ng? Which version?

          Appreciate your reply .I have installed xo-server 5.50.1 ,xo-web 5.50.3 from sources and XenServer 6.2.0 (free)

                Indeed, 6.2 uses a very old configuration for keyboard mapping and therefore doesn't work correctly with XO.
