xe-guest-utilities on ubuntu 22.04
-
Started up an Ubuntu 22.04 server VM and discovered that xe-guest-utilities was not part of the 22.04 repository. What package should I use for guest code
-
Use the guest tool ISO

https://xcp-ng.org/docs/guests.html#install-from-the-guest-tools-iso
-

I was just able to install them fine on 22.04.3 LTS; perhaps they've been added back?
Though it's showing Management Agent not Installed, it does show the OS and memory usage now and lets me shutdown/reboot without forcing.

FYI, the original Ubuntu 22.04 (Jammy) release dropped xe-guest-utilities, while 20.04 (Focal) had it. It was later added through the jammy-updates repo.
A little info is here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xe-guest-utilities/+bug/2006459

@jpasher-work
The jammy repository is providing xe-guest-utilities 7.20.2
The "guest-tools.iso", that is provided by XCP-ng offers 7.30.0-12mkdir /mnt/cdrom mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom /mnt/cdrom/Linux/install.sh
