Making changes to running backup selection

Can I make changes to a backup selection during a backup? I noted now that we accidentally have a VM that is part of an incorrect in progress backup (not of the VM itself but the backup job has been started and it is in progress with other VM's)
I have now added the tag that should be excluded, but wonder if XO will ignore this VM before it starts the backup or must I stop the current backup / restart the XO instance and then re-start the backup?

@mauzilla The change will only apply at the next run, it will not impact any current run.
