I'm trying to install Windows Server 2016, but when the VM starts, just load the files and next the VM shut down.

It's a bit hard to guess, but are you sure you have inserted a working ISO? Can you describe what you see? Do you have hardware assisted virt enabled on your host?

Yes, I have a working ISO and the assisted virt is enabled. Just load this screen and next the VM shut down.
I have tried with windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2012 and is the same case, but just with windows because I installed Suse and yes, I could. I'm trying to install on hp Server

Do you have secure boot enabled? How do you know your ISO is OK? It's weird all your Windows can't install 🤔

@olivierlambert I know my ISOS are workin cuz I installed them on virtual box to be sure that are OK. I'm not sure about secure boot enabled, I'm going to check.
