S3 Remote with encryption: VHDFile implementation is not compatible

You need to create a new remote and check the "VHD block" option at remote creation.
Also, if you are using XO from the sources, it's not XOA. XOA is the virtual appliance (we, Vates) distribute for production usage, bundled with support features and tested environment.

I went to create a new s3 remote and do not see any such option. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Ah I see, it's by default on S3, it was added after the initial S3 release. Maybe you created your remote in the past?

Unfortunately, I created the remote this morning after the update of XO.
Any other ideas I can try? Are these settings saved in a text file or db that I can go into and check if the UI saved the correct value?

I also just tested this with aws s3 instead of wasabi and got the same error.

Since S3 remote are only able to store blocks, the option is enforced on save ( without any uI)I tested locally and the options seems to be there. Can you show me a screenshot of the backup job configuration ?
