Upgrade from 8.1 to 8.2

Hi,
That's weird. Have you enable some 3rd party repo (like CentOS or anything else) in the past?
I have not setup any other repos. I was following the upgrade instructions:
https://xcp-ng.org/docs/upgrade.html#from-command-line -
To workaround your situation, go for the ISO upgrade

Maybe someone here will have time to take a look if there's any obvious catch with the yum upgrade on your setup (if @stormi is around, but we are all very busy ATM)

We'll do a quick test to see if it can be easily reproduced when upgrading an XCP-ng 8.1 to the current XCP-ng 8.2 + all updates. It's possible that there was a change in the packaging which broke it and that there is an easy fix for it.
-
@stormi Sounds good. Thank you.
-
I can confirm that there is an issue. A recent update changed the packaging in a way that causes this conflict. I will fix it.
-
Nice catch

The issue should now be fixed. Thanks for reporting it!

@stormi It is good now! Thank you. I upgraded both of my hosts today without an issue.

Thanks a lot for your feedback!
