      Hi one of our host is giving xapi service failed, unable to start VM on this host.
      please help.

            Hi,

            Some additional details might help to diagnose the situation --

            • Is this server part of a pool? If yes, is it the pool master?
            • Have there been any recent updates to the pool (ie: patches applied, network settings, etc)?
            • What version of XCP-ng is the server running?

                  **No we have not installed any updates but we were trying to make this host as pool master **

                    @sushant-diwakar I think you misunderstood @olivierlambert as he was referring to the support ticket that you opened with Vates, which is still open and awaiting a response from you.

                    I restored the forum thread that you deleted because it contains information that is pertinent to this discussion. I'm leaving this topic separate for now, but IMO there really was no valid reason to start this new thread instead of continuing the prior one.
