      Hi!

I am having a strange issue on XOA using safari on iOS:

When I minimize/change the app and go back, i am logged out from XOA - no matter, if I logged in with “Remember Me” or not.

Is there any possibility to keep the login for some minutes?

      Thank you and best wishes
      KPS

        Hi,

Can you try with FF or Chrome and see if it's the same? It might be a specific iOS or Safari behavior, like a "private mode by default" that doesn't save any cookie.

Thank you! In Chrome, the login is persistent!

          Edit: sorry, too fast.
On the second try, I had to re-enter the credentials - sorry

Firefox shows the same behavior and loggs out, so I have to relogin (with 2FA)

I don't have this behavior, can you check on XOA if you reproduce?

Anybody having the same issue? I'm under the impression it's cookie related on your setup, does another OS generate the same issue? (try on a desktop OS)

On my desktop systems, i have never seen this, but on iOS its always the case. Today, I had to monitor sone tasks and had to relogin at least 20 times on iOS.

So it's due on how iOS stores cookies or something like that. Can you ask Apple about it? (or their community)

                        I will try to...
Perhaps, it is related to the untrusted certificate of my installation.
