@AlexanderK We don't test it, but they use XAPI and the API doesn't change that much, so it should. We contacted them last april and they said any necessary changes on CloudStack side should be done after the release.
when there was the update of 8.2.1 there have been many issues...
anyway...i think 8.3 is not an lts... so i will wait and check at a lab enviroments

i was searching for nested virtualization on windows vm because i wanted to install docker desktop and nested virtualization should have been enabled

@jimmymiller cs vm can communicate with xcp-ng host?
For endusers cs is better solution. It can create networks, vpcs and many more with the push of a button.
The difficult part of cs is setting it up, learn how to use it and teach others how to use it.
I using it around 4-5 users. With the use of terraform it is something amazing.
When i was setting it up i have found somewhere, apache recommends 3 months of comprehend network infra of cs and then 3 months of debugging.
And...remember this... always check logs. Usually all issues can be solved easily.
@dingo xcp-ng templates and cs templates are something irrelevant.
What are you trying to do?

i am trying to setup kypo-lite.
It needs a ubuntu vm with nested virtualization enabled .
It uses vagrant to setup everything and i have the same problem.
Vms reboot while vagrant setting up everything.
How can i pinpoint xcp-ng logs to help troubleshooting it?

I am trying to migrate a vm from virtualbox to xcp-ng.
Exporting it as ova file and when i try to import i have an error vdi_io_error.
Tried to export it again and again the same error.
I am using latest xen orchestra built from sources

at latest truenas core 13.1 there were issues with smb and permissions.
i had to revert to 13.0

@clockware you can convert your machine from bios booting to uefi booting. Simple by converting MBR to GPT but you will need a win 10 iso

Booting the vms with the option UEFI - LEGACY fixes the issue.
