      Hi,

I've run into a Situation, where I need to restore a backup of a VM.
Everytime i want to restore a backup i get the same error:

      Values have same structure but are not reference-equal:Buffer(16) [Uint8Array] [ 81, 165, 214, 37, 41, 177, 73, 140, 150, 193, 249, 47, 234, 209, 165, 13 ]

The Backup is a delta backup and no matter whitch delta backup i want to resotre this error appears. I've also tried a different Host but also no luck.

Did anyone else have had this problem?

      Thanks in advance
      Felix

I've just updated the Xen Orchestra and run apt update / upgrade to upgrade all Packages. Now the Restore works again.

There was a outdated package, because I was using Debian Buster.
They changed the stable tag to oldstable.

        Thank you so very much.
That just saved my last 2 days.

          Hi,

Without knowing more about your setup, it's hard to answer. XOA or XO from the source? Entirely up to date?

I've been using the ronivay/XenOrchestraInstallerUpdater script and the log states 2f607357c663fc8481c0c5ef24bd242b6d3338c3 as the last commit on 2021-12-01

@f_schramek There have been multiple commits since 2f60735 that address issues related to backup / restore. Suggest that you update to the latest source and then try your restore again.
