My name is Kurt, and I've been a linux user since around 1995. Started with slackware and have enjoyed the ride ever since.
Been running all my servers on bare metal until about a year ago, when I started testing qemu/kvm on my new desktop, and installed xcp-ng on my server about a month ago.
Looking forward to trying new things and learning more about xcp-ng

My name is ibidapo, am from Nigeria, I am a deputy Sys admin and I have been using Xcp-ng and Xen Orchestra for a While now, with no major issue. I will just say Xen Orchestra and Xcp-ng are awesome combination. I manage an environment with over 80 Virtual Machines. Working to implement OpenStack Devstack with Xcp-ng.

@ib22003 Hello!

Hi I am Jose Vigil, a software developer and entrepreneur from Buenos Aires. I started as a LAN administrator and then moved to development.
From my working experience I am very familiar with some known technologies like VNC, TeamViewer and NX. Also servers like Proliant, AS400 with up to 120 PC in a medical healthcare facility where I implemented PEX and worked with Ghost as well. It was fun, but I moved on.
I started programming after dominating a scripting language for Windows environments called Kickstart in a community I really enjoyed making friends. Then I started coding in Acess and the list continued, havent sopped ever since. Specially cause allows me to be an entrepreneur and move ahead with my ideas. I love to do this.
From an entrepreneur standpoint since 2007 I started playing with technology and came up with ideas for using agnostic screen and interfaces over the different devices (here is my post) . First with FreeNX (partner) and team we build a mouse pointer for Android called PadKite, we forked WebKit which was awesome but we came across OEMs and we crashed. It was a lot of fun to stay up for one day at Hackers News.
After that I focused on gestures and created a mobile API called GestureKit, it was a great experience presenting it at Berkeley University. Met plenty of amazing people at the Valley and continued seeing them. The project was cool but proven that people would not remember gestures in a daily basis usage, it was acceptable to see that no project doing it so took over.
I still think that the time was not proper to advance with such innovation therefore I continue thinking its possible to create a new type of interactive thin client environment with full customization.
I am actually working in my startup, an educational social network for kids AI driven. My goal at this great site and community is to find friend with whom I can share a vision with and play with the technology to create awesome new stuff that can solve problems and ultimately demonstrate a business model. I am now learning AI that keeps me motivated.
Its great to see that this technology is renewed and I am ready to be part of a change with new ideas.
Thanks lot

Howdy all,
I'm Sam McLeod, an engineer and long time DevOps proponent based in Melbourne, Australia.
I work with an Australian Non-Profit and Charitable Organisation called Infoxchange.I'm currently moving us from XenServer 7.2 to XenServer 7.6.
I was (still am) on pretty good terms with several people at Citrix's XenServer teams but I was pretty disgusted by the change in free licensing with the release of 7.3 and I'm also the Sam McLeod replying to David here: https://xenserver.org/blog/entry/xenserver-7-3-changes-to-the-free-edition.html

Hi all!
I'm Simone Lazzaris and I've been using XenServer in the company I work for since version 4.0. I've choosen XS over VMware for the licensing (VMware licensing is just evil), the hardware support and the architecture, which I find superior.
Over the years I've always found that Citrix was keeping out from XS many features that could be very useful: hyperconverged FS (ceph or gluster), ZFS, automatic upgrades via YUM, etc.
When Citrix then changed the licensing, I was looking for an alternative. I've found XCP very intriguing; I think that if we can build a real community of developers, XCP is going to be the best VM solution for the small-medium business, hands off.

Hi @axel for German translation, it's pretty easy! Just ask for it, I'll create a specific branch ready to translate

@ib22003 Hi Ibidapo, nice to meet you, My name is Patrick and i just discover XCP-NG which seem to be a great alternative to XS. I just install XC-NG on two of my server with 40 Vcpu each and i try to install openstack on it but i didn't find useful documentation. This one is not useful install openstack because many links are dead and it seem to be for XS, please can you share with me some documentation on how to install openstack on XP-NG? Thanks a lot

Than can a translation easy ;-). We can diskus that when my project is ready. Then i had a lill bit more time 2 start new things.
But i will write a articel 4 www.heise.de ct or ix about using XCP-NG as a HA system with 2 servers. -
Okay, the easiest path is to create an issue on Xen Orchestra bug tracker, asking for German translation, then a dev will give you a list of things to do
