      We have some hardware maintainence on current pool master so we change the pool master but unfortunalty on new pool master xapi service is in fail state.
      And i am not able to access any of Virtual machines.
      What could be solution. I am not able to access pool now there are 20 xcp-ng host on this pool and 150+ VM.

            So you have 20 XCP-ng with 150+ VMs without any pro support in production? 😬

            Please contact us. We usually don't do support after you have an issue (here is why), but we can imagine you just missed the fact with offer XCP-ng support (see https://xcp-ng.com or https://vates.tech/pricing-and-support/), but last time I checked you should have various warnings in your XO UI about unsupported hosts 🤔

            Anyway, let's move forward and contact us.
