gui issue in latest builds in backup setting

In the latest few builds there's a new issue in the backup job settings:

CBT will only be enabled when using purge data , I will fix the first one(this is because CBT does not improve things without purge snaphot data , but has some edge case , so at least we won't enable it for nothing )

I just updated to Commit 8fb3c and this how how mine is displayed.
Side note - With CBT enabled its stoping my from migrating vms to different nfs SR. I have remove snapshot before migration.

@acebmxer Installed Master, commit 8fb3c and still the gui is wrong. It depends on your screen width!!
