License not working

The license we bought is not working. Also lic transfer icons are not working in the web interface.

does the email attached to the licence is currently registered in the XOA/UPDATES page ? -
We get a error no licenses left, button to transfer the licenses is not showing

We cannot Unbind the license. We try to get support but i think they just send one msg a day to a client.
