Hello,

Is it standard that when migrating a VDI to another SR, the delta backups will start over as full transfer again?

Yes. Moving a VDI means the VDI UUID will be changed. There's an issue opened on that: https://github.com/vatesfr/xen-orchestra/issues/2896
