Good news it worked !
Nothing better than to start by a good old cleaning and battery replacement !
Will continue to play and learn more about XCP-ng and XOA now!
Thank you guys, for the help!
With kind regards.

@Danp, @DustinB ,
I have taken the full machine apart, did a full clean up and cpu repaste.
I also changed the Bios battery. After that the VM is now starting correctly.
I will give another try with XOA Deploy and see how it goes. I would like to double check if I'm reproducing the original issue.
With kind regards.
Hum starting to wonder if I have an issue with my machine.
I have manage to boot the VM once as explained in the initial posts but now I can't start it anymore
I have those errors in /var/log/xensource.log
What I'm concern about is this error
Then after you have the two subsequent boot tentative of two VMs.
Logs seems to complain about HVM as well but I do have it enable as per my understanding:
Not sure at all be leaning toward hardware issue since this is quite old machine.

Hello,
I'm testing XCP-ng more deeply recently and I'm having an issue when trying to deploy XOA from XO Lite
The only message I have is NO_HOSTS_AVAILABLE, I have tried several times but always failing at the same stage.
Then I have manually started the VM with xe vm-start
and XOA vm does start up...
So I have the feeling that the deploy tool have issues to automatically start the VM at the end of the import.
I have also tested to deploy the VM using the script bash -c "$(wget --no-verbose -O- https://xoa.io/deploy)"
In this case the deployment did work as well as the automatic boot
Any recommendation where should I look at to see why it fails the deployment from XO lite?
With kind regards.
