    I don't mean to come off as abrasive at all, but truly what in the world do some warnings/errors mean when it comes to VM backups? “Unused XVA”??? [image: 1775435951388-bed93036-c2e8-4aad-a250-123481282e91-image.jpeg] Like, what do you mean ‘might’? It is or it isn't, there isn't a codified conditional check to tell me either way? It just makes zero sense to me how out of all 10+ of my VMs, most backup/copy perfectly fine, but others get tagged with these bizarre ambiguous errors... What do the developers behind these error outputs actually expect an end-user SysAdmin to do with these errors/warnings? I cannot be the only person a little frustrated by this UI/UX for backups. I just need VM-level backups that work. Any explanation for this would be greatly appreciated.

    Version 1.4.0 is released: https://codeberg.org/NiXOA/system/releases/tag/v1.4.0 It includes significant changes and improvements, including: dedicated getting started section, migration to valkey, only needing to clone system, and helper scripts. the xen-orchestra-ce nixpkg now references the libvhdi nixpkg, and the core flake now references and pulls from the xen-orchestra-ce repo as an overlay. System (the user input flake) now uses the Core repo as an overlay, reducing the need to clone both locally AND allowing system to pull new updates and releases from core. XO, and libvhdi as needed. The next goal is: Make an xsconsole-like TUI Automate package updates for libvhdi and xen-orchestra-ce using CI/CD pipelines Submit libvhdi and xen-orchestra-ce as official nixpkgs

    Try to disable/enable autostart in Advanced section of your VM. That might do the trick.

    @Andrew thank you , it's NFS mount yes. i perform forget and remount and now is ok, most probably i chose older storage from another host, the menu to select storage for VM showing everything associated with the pool and sometimes this is confusing. Thanks for your comment.

    That's because doing a snapshot will have consequences on the SR. That's why we restricted the permissions for doing snapshot.

    @olivierlambert Yea, I have bonded networks. I do rename them so that I know what they are for. It seems that the bond number (bond 1 and bond 0) changes on different servers, as I asked about before, so the name and description is needed here to make it easier.

    @pdonias yep I can confirm that works as expected, cloud-init uses the base VM name specified in the top of the create VM page, not the numbered VM names that result after creation. Nevermind!

    Hi @RaHu! No, at the moment, we don't synchronize hosts' information. I'm not even sure where that information could go as there isn't such a thing as a host object in Netbox, AFAIK.
